〣Characteristic

The initial fingerprint resistance treatment is to form a layer of inorganic series film on the galvanized chromite passivation film, generally silicate film, so that the surface of the steel plate has fingerprint resistance. Users have put forward higher requirements for coated products. Besides fingerprint resistance, they also require ground resistance, higher fingerprint resistance and coating performance. Therefore, a coating plate with organic composite film formed on the complexate skin film of galvanized steel plate was developed. There are two kinds of fingerprint resistance steel plate and no model performance is different, there is a model fingerprint resistance steel corrosion resistance and grounding is better than no model fingerprint resistance steel, but the fingerprint resistance index is poor. But the corrosion resistance of these two fingerprint steel plates can meet the requirements of the household appliance industry.

〣Type

One is galvanized sheet after passivation treatment, and then on the passivation film coated organic coating (fingerprint resistant film), the coating way is mainly roller coating.

The other is to add organic resin and colloidal silicon dioxide to the passivation solution of galvanized steel. The composite coating with corrosion resistance and fingerprint resistance is formed on the surface of galvanized steel through the passivation tank. The coating methods are mainly electrolytic coating and roll coating. At present, the first technology is generally used at home and abroad to produce fingerprint resistant plate.

The traditional fingerprint resistant plate is based on electrogalvanized plate. With the continuous improvement and development of hot-dip galvanized technology and process, the surface quality of hot-dip galvanized sheet has reached the same degree as electrogalvanized sheet, and hot-dip galvanized sheet has low price, and has better corrosion resistance, so the hot-dip galvanized sheet as fingerprint substrate is gradually becoming the mainstream.

The main use of the thin organic coated steel plate with fingerprint resistance is the inside and outside plate of various household appliances. At present, the domestic demand for fingerprint resistance plate is the largest in the computer case manufacturing industry, and the annual consumption is estimated to be between 400,000 and 500,000 tons.
