Grade A, B, C and D (GB/T 700-2006)

Grade Q235A contains C ≤0.22% Mn≤1.4% Si ≤0.35% S ≤ 0.050P ≤0.045

Grade Q235B contains C≤ 0.20%Mn ≤ 1.4%Si ≤ 0.35%S ≤ 0.045p ≤0.045 (with the consent of the demander, the carbon content may not be greater than 0.22%)

Grade Q235C contains C ≤0.17% Mn≤1.4% Si ≤0.35% S ≤ 0.040p ≤0.040

Grade Q235D contains C ≤0.17% Mn≤1.4% Si ≤0.35% S ≤ 0.035p ≤0.035

Use

1. can be used for all kinds of grinding tools handle and other unimportant grinding tools parts.

2. once selected GCr15, 9SiCr, T8 and 45 steel, due to the workpiece bite die, stick die phenomenon, forging embryo is difficult to punch out from the die, resulting in plastic deformation, bending and fracture of the punch, short life, every 10 punch about 800~1200 bolts; After the use of Q235 steel punch material, after quenching without tempering directly used, hardness of 36~40HRC, every ten punch can punch more than 2000 bolts, and the failure form for plastic deformation, solve the punch in use of the phenomenon of cracking, to ensure the personal safety of the operator.
