In terms of chemical composition, the carbon content of Q195 carbon-bonded steel is controlled below 0.7%, the sulfur content is greater than 0.25%, and the phosphorus content is more than 0.40%. In terms of mechanical properties, the tensile strength of Q195 carbon-bonded steel exceeds 150MPa and the yield strength exceeds 205MPa. In terms of hardness, the hardness of Q195 carbon-bonded steel is HB=60-63 degrees, and the elongation is greater than 12.5mm/m. In addition, the thermal conductivity of Q195 carbon bonded steel at 1000 atmospheres is 0.487W/(m·K), and the wear resistance can reach more than 55 times. Because of these excellent properties, Q195 carbon bonded steel is widely used in automobile manufacturing, tractors and construction machinery.

The chemical composition of Q195 carbon junction steel mainly includes Si, Cr, Mn and P elements, and its content is: 4.3wt%±1%. Among these four elements, the percentage of Si, Cr and Mn elements in steel is 46.94%, 28.65% and 7.35%, respectively. Because Q195 carbon junction steel contains higher impurities such as silicon and manganese, its mechanical properties are poor, but it has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance. In contrast, the chemical composition of Q1965 carbon-bound steel is: 2.0wt%-3.0% Si.
