Classification of galvanized sheet

According to the production and processing methods can be divided into the following categories:

① Hot dip galvanized steel plate. Dip the steel plate into a bath of molten zinc

A sheet steel coated with zinc. At present, continuous galvanizing process is mainly used, that is, the rolled steel plate is continuously immersed in the molten zinc groove to make galvanized steel plate;

② Alloy galvanized steel plate. This steel plate is also made by hot dipping, but is heated to about 500℃ immediately after it comes out of the tank to form an alloy film of zinc and iron. Galvanized sheet has good coating adhesion and weldability.

③ Electric galvanized steel plate. The galvanized steel plate produced by electroplating has good processing properties. But the coating is thinner and the corrosion resistance is not as good as that of hot-dip galvanized sheet.

④ Single-side electroplating and double-side inferior galvanized steel plate. Single-side galvanized steel plate, that is, only single-side galvanized products. In welding, coating, rust prevention, processing and other aspects are better than double-sided galvanized sheet.

In order to overcome the disadvantage of not galvanizing on one side, there is another galvanized plate with a thin layer of zinc on the other side, that is, double-sided inferior galvanized plate;

⑤ Alloy, composite galvanized steel plate. It is an alloy made of zinc and other metals such as aluminum, lead and zinc, or even a composite coated steel plate. The steel plate not only has excellent anti-rust performance, but also has good coating performance;

In addition to the above five kinds, there are color galvanized steel plate, printed galvanized steel plate, PVC laminated galvanized steel plate, but the most commonly used or hot galvanized plate.
