Hot dip zinc is one of the best coating methods for protecting steel substrate. It is in the liquid state of zinc, after quite complex physical and chemical action, not only on the steel plating thicker pure zinc layer, but also generate a zinc iron alloy layer. This plating method not only has the characteristics of corrosion resistance of galvanizing, but also has the zinc-iron alloy layer. It also has a strong corrosion resistance that can not be compared with galvanizing. Therefore, this plating method is especially suitable for all kinds of strong acid, alkali fog and other strong corrosion environment.

(1) With a thick dense pure zinc layer covering the surface of the steel, it can avoid the steel matrix and any corrosion solution contact, protect the steel matrix from corrosion. In the general atmosphere, the surface of the zinc layer forms a very thin and dense zinc oxide layer surface, it is difficult to dissolve in water, so it plays a certain protective role on the steel matrix. If zinc oxide and other components in the atmosphere to form insoluble zinc salt, corrosion protection is more ideal.

(4) Because zinc has good ductility, its alloy layer and steel base firmly attached, so hot plating parts can be cold stamping, rolling, drawing, bending and other forms without damaging the coating;
(5) After hot-dip galvanizing of steel structural parts, it is equivalent to a single annealing treatment, which can effectively improve the mechanical properties of steel matrix, eliminate the stress during forming and welding of steel parts, and is conducive to the turning of steel structural parts.
(6) The surface of the parts after hot dip galvanizing is bright and beautiful.
(7) Pure zinc layer is the most plastic layer of hot dip galvanized layer, its properties are basically close to pure zinc, ductility, so it is flexible.
