However, because the anti-rust oil is extremely volatile or can be erased, it can only play a role before use. The oiling methods include electrostatic oiling and roller oiling. If you want to prevent white rust during the use of the product, it is best to use passivation and oil. The color coated substrate is more suitable for light oil treatment, and the oil can be cleaned and removed in the pre-treatment of the color coated line.

(3) lacquer-sealed galvanized sheet.

Lacquer seal is commonly known as fingerprint resistant products, in order to prevent galvanized products from leaving fingerprints during the processing, the surface of the galvanized product is coated with an extremely thin fingerprint resistant protective film, which can also improve the corrosion resistance of the product and the coating performance of the product. It is suitable for the special needs of household appliances.

(4) phosphating galvanized sheet.
