1. Try to make the raw edge of the cutting surface short

If the raw edge of the cutting surface is large, the overlap of the processed steel plate, or in the process of sliding on other plates, the other plates will be scratched, or the coating film will fall off, which will cause problems such as poor appearance or durability.

Especially if the electric circular saw or cutting grinder is used for processing, the raw edge is easy to increase, so it is necessary to remove the raw edge after cutting.

2. eliminate cutting chips and metal powder

When using tools such as sheet cutting machines, electric circular saws and cutting grinders, chips and metal powder are attached to the surface of the steel plate. If these things are not removed, the steel plate is stacked up, and the surface of the steel plate will be marked, or the reason for poor appearance or rust. It is therefore necessary to eliminate chips and metal powder quickly.

3. the choice of lubricating oil

When using ordinary cutting tools for cutting processing, the blade will also be worn with the increase of the number of cutting times. If the steel plate is cut with a worn tool, it will make the cutting surface rough, and increase the raw edge, and even cause cracking in serious cases. In order to reduce the wear of the tool and extend the service life, it is necessary to use lubricating oil.

When cutting galvanized steel, the same lubricants that are normally used for cutting cold-rolled steel and hot-rolled steel can also be used. However, in the color coating board and plastic sol coating and coating steel plate, can not be used to make the coating film and coating expansion, melting and discoloration of lubricants. The choice of it is best to clearly state the processing conditions and uses, and discuss with the manufacturer.
